Rajita’s decision to leave India and pursue her career in London, UK, made a huge difference in her life. Her first job in the UK as a customer service assistant at Compass Group turned out to be a stepping stone to success. With her drive and dedication, she was promoted to a Relief Manager within four years. In this position, she managed 27 units across East London. Rajita was growing professionally and evolving personally.
